Returns:

Bicycles ordered via the Volare children's bicycles website can be returned within 14 days. You must return the bicycle unused and in the original packaging. Once we have received and checked the return, you will receive the purchase amount refunded within 14 days.

You can return the product in two ways:
- You can bring the bicycle back in its original packaging to our warehouse in Volendam. (Röntgenweg 2, 1131 PP)
- You can send it back by mail.

Bringing your order back to the pickup point in Volendam is free of charge in all cases.

If you want to return the item by mail, please send an email to our customer service (td@kubbinga.nl) with your order details and which item you want to return. You will then receive an email with the correct instructions. The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
In case of a warranty, the costs of returning are covered by Kubbinga B.V. / Volare Bicycles.

For shipping the bicycle, a suitable box must be used, so it is useful to keep your bicycle box.
