You can return bicycles ordered via the Volare children's bicycles website within 14 days. You must return the bicycle unused and in the original packaging. As soon as we have received and checked the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
RETURN OPTIONS:
You can return the product to be returned in two ways:
You can return the bicycle in the original packaging to our warehouse in Volendam. (Rontgenweg 2, 1131 PP)
You can return it by post.
Returns procedure when returning by post:
Send an email to our customer service (td@kubbinga.nl) with your order details and which item you want to return. You will then receive an email with the correct instructions.
Return costs
The return costs are borne by the consumer.
In a warranty case, the costs of returning are borne by Kubbinga BV / E&L Company.
You can package an accessory (a product that fits in a regular small package) yourself and take it to the post office.
To ship the bicycle, it must be wrapped in a suitable box, which is why it is useful to keep your bicycle box.
Returning your order yourself to the collection point in Volendam is free of charge in all cases.
