The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs by the entrepreneur in euros for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days on the day the consumer notifies him of the cancellation. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to repay the product until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, until the moment of completion is missing. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day you receive the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.
You can return the returned product in two ways:

Return procedure when returning by mail:
Send us by e-mail or mail you with your intention stating the order number and what you want to return. We will then send you the return form by e-mail (or mail), which you will send with the return shipment.

The return shipping costs are for your own account.
You can package an accessory (a product that fits in a regular small package) and take it to the post office.
A specific box must be placed around it to send the bicycle, which is why it is convenient to store your bicycle box.
